North Carolina Latino Nonprofit Leadership Academy

DTI in collaboration with Hispanics in Philanthropy, North Carolina Gives, and a North Carolina Latino Advisory Committee made up of local Latino nonprofit leaders committed to statewide Latino community building is pleased to announce the North Carolina Latino Nonprofit Leadership Academy (NCLNLA). DTI’s local co-training partner is the North Carolina Latino Coalition.

Eligible organizations are selected through a competitive application process guided by a North Carolina Latino Advisory Committee comprised of local Latino nonprofit, philanthropic, and community building leaders. Click here for eligibility criteria.

The Academy is delivered at no cost to participating organizations.

Over the course of a year, selected organizations will receive:

• Participation in workshops
• “Back Home” technical assistance sessions
• Participation in a distance learning component
• Pairing/shadow coaching inside of organizations
• On-site collaborations between DTI and the executive director, emerging leader, and board president of each organization
